Pleasure Doing Business With You

Beem Debacles, Big Girl Panties, and My Very First Enterprise

To those of you who spent the weekend unsuccessfully trying to send me a deposit through Beem It…

I owe you an apology.

It was me.

Hi.

I’m the problem, it’s me.

As it turns out, I had exceeded my monthly Beem limit for incoming payments. A limit I did not even realise existed until several increasingly confused gentlemen tried, and failed, to send me their deposits.

Oops.

On the bright side, there are certainly worse problems to have. Apparently, I had a rather busy and profitable July!

I’m not sure whether Perth’s winter weather has left you all desperately craving warm beds and even warmer cuddles, or whether a few generous tax returns have been burning holes in your pockets. Perhaps a little of both.

Whatever the reason, July was a wonderful month for me, and I am enormously grateful to everyone who chose to spend some of it with me. ♡

Apparently, I’m a Businesswoman Now

The Great Beem Debacle of 2026 has prompted me to finally do something I probably should have done a very long time ago...

I’m opening a proper business bank account.

I’ve resisted doing this for years, partly because my existing system worked perfectly well and partly because, quite frankly, I hate dealing with banks.

That reluctance isn't entirely without reason.

Many years ago, I had a rather unpleasant experience while depositing some of my business earnings. A bank teller decided that what I did for a living warranted judgment rather than the same professional courtesy afforded to anybody else standing at that counter.

It stayed with me.

Perhaps more than it should have.

Caring too much about what strangers think of me has always been a flaw of mine. And letting it ruin my day (or week) when a random person doesn’t like me, happens far too often.

Although the world, and the sex industry, has changed considerably since then, some little part of me still dreads the possibility of having to explain myself to someone who has already decided what they think of me.

But… it's time to put my big girl panties on.

I'm running a legitimate little business.

I pay tax. I keep records. I have expenses. I have an accountant. I manage an unnecessarily detailed Google Calendar. And I wear matching bras and knickers.

I’m a bona fide adult.

So, I suppose it's time I behave like one.

Introducing... TJT Enterprises

There was one little administrative step to take first.

I am now rather proud (and perhaps disproportionately amused) to announce that I have officially registered my business under the very serious, very grown-up-sounding name:

TJT Enterprises

Please hold your applause.

The initials are a tiny nod to The Jasmine Touch (the handle I use on almost all platforms), while still being deliberately discreet.

Because discretion works both ways.

If you're sending me a deposit, I don't particularly want JASMINE AMOUR, PROFESSIONAL GIRLFRIEND announcing itself in your transaction history any more than I want my full legal name announcing itself on your PayID screen.

TJT Enterprises could be anything.

Consulting? Property? E-commerce? A small but rapidly expanding empire specialising in artisanal flavoured lubricants and other slippery ventures?

Who knows.

And that's precisely the point.

[Insert my very official-looking business name registration certificate here, because apparently I have one of those now.]

What Does This Mean For You?

Once my new business account is up and running, I'll finally be able to offer PayID as an alternative payment method without handing over my full legal name in the process.

That has always been one of my biggest reservations about accepting PayID.

The other has been the possibility of electronic transfers being disputed or reversed. A dedicated business account gives me a much cleaner paper trail and puts me in a better position to deal with my financial institution if a legitimate payment is ever incorrectly disputed. With SMS or email booking correspondence, payment records and my own business records, I can properly substantiate what a transaction relates to.

More importantly, though, it gives us another option.

Beem and I have had a somewhat toxic relationship over the years. Sometimes it treats me well. Sometimes it inexplicably decides to break up with me.

Some of you also can't get Beem to accept your cards in the first place.

So, having a second electronic option for deposits (and, where we've arranged it beforehand, booking balances) will make life considerably easier.

One important caveat, though: please don't take this as carte blanche to arrive cashless!

Cash remains my preferred method for settling the balance of our time together unless we've specifically arranged otherwise beforehand. PayID is simply another toy in my toybox: particularly useful for deposits, Beem emergencies and those occasions when electronic payment makes more sense.

So please continue to follow the payment arrangements we've agreed upon for your booking rather than assuming that everything can automatically be transferred.

And there we have it.

One exceptionally pleasurable July, one thoroughly maxed-out Beem account, one lingering banking phobia finally confronted, and one brand-new little business name.

TJT Enterprises.

Very corporate.

Very respectable.

Absolutely no funny business going on here.

Yours, in enterprise apparently,

Jasmine x
